3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). jl79 is required by PAGCOR regulations to implement KYC identity verification procedures. Before processing withdrawals, jl79 may require you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a recent selfie. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing delays or suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Account Currency. All jl79 accounts are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Deposits in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl79 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the receiving account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 Finality of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jl79 system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. This applies to all game categories including live casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting.
5.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jl79 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Bets affected by technical malfunction do not confer any right to winnings that were not properly settled.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail with respect to that game.
5.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting on jl79 is subject to jl79's Sports Betting Rules, including rules on void bets, postponed events, in-play betting, and settlement procedures. These rules are published in the jl79 sports betting section.
5.5 Responsible Wagering. Players are encouraged to set personal betting limits from within their account settings. jl79 will never contact a player to encourage them to increase their betting activity.
6.1 Eligibility. All bonus offers on jl79 are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports bonuses), and expiry periods. Full terms for each promotion are published alongside the offer.

8.1 jl79 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl79 determines — in its sole discretion — that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if suspension is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
8.2 Upon termination of an account, jl79 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities — arising out of your use of or inability to use the jl79 platform.
10.3 jl79's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl79's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
